Travel expenses and accommodations must be covered separately from my rates upon booking. I also require a 50% deposit for international travels. Business class airfare is gladly appreciated.
The above rates are for incall dates, and in CAD currency.
For outcall dates, please add $50+, dependent on distance.

Deposits are mandatory, and can be completed via electronic money transfer or gift card. (GC are non-applicable for FMTY )
Deposits are non-refundable, unless I cancel; in which case, you will have a choice between a full refund, or rescheduling.
In the case you need to cancel, please provide sufficient notice. I do allow rescheduling once only, at my discretion.
